Founded by three friends - Dan Hellmann, Lucas Granito, & Kelvin Beaudette - with varied backgrounds in music, graphic design, art and film, VUSI represents a collaborative vehicle to share with the public their passion for electronic music and the discovery of unique urban spaces in the city of Vancouver.
Our executive and volunteer members have considerable experience organizing, producing and hosting cultural events. This includes extensive involvement in running everything from small to large productions in the arts and entertainment field, including the organization of complex film shoots and art gallery management and public exhibitions. Film coordinators, digital animation directors and artists, and art gallery directors are found on our staff.
We are honoured to have onboard a tight-knit family of organizers and volunteers who helped us with our inaugural event last Summer – Rooftop Special at Scotiabank Dance Centre. Energetic, friendly, and attentive they will make every effort on behalf of your amazing experience.
